The power of buckwheat

Buckwheat is a flour worth trying, it’s a fruit seed that is related to rhubarb and sorrel making it a suitable substitute for grains for people who are sensitive to wheat or other grains that contain protein glutens. Just made a dairy & gluten free buckwheat banana cake with my 10 year old & it was delicious, a great healthy alternative.

Buckwheat has many health benefits, it’s good for your cardiovascular system, gives better blood sugar control and a lowered risk of diabetes, it helps prevent gallstones, it offers cardiovascular benefits for postmenopausal women.
